  1. Ownership and Copyright

      When you purchase a house plan from Buyhomeplan.com, you are buying a license to build one structure based on that plan. The copyright of the house plan remains the property of Buyhomeplan.com or the respective designer. You do not own the intellectual property rights to the plan. You are granted a single-use license unless otherwise stated

    • Multi-Use License:If you wish to build multiple homes using the same plan, you must purchase a multi-use license. Contact us directly for more information about multi-use options and fees.
    • Copying and Modifications:Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of the plan without prior written consent from Buyhomeplan.com is a violation of copyright law and is subject to penalties.

  2. Local Building Codes and Engineering

    Our plans are designed to comply with most national building codes at the time of their creation. However, building codes, zoning laws, and regulations vary widely depending on location.

    • Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility, as the purchaser, to ensure that the plans comply with local building codes and regulations. You may need to consult a licensed architect or engineer in your area for additional modifications or approvals.

  4. Return and Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of digital products and copyright protection, all sales are final once the order is processed. House plans, whether delivered in digital or physical format, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    Please ensure that you have selected the correct house plan before placing your order. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after the plans have been delivered.
