Digital Plan Refunds:
- If you have purchased a digital plan (PDF or CAD format), refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase (Before sending the construction design to your email).
- To qualify for a refund, the digital plan must not have been Sent to your email, downloaded, used, or shared in any way. Plans that have been emailed, downloaded or accessed are considered "used" and are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for digital plans are not applicable for customized or modified plans.
Physical Plan Refunds:
- For customers who receive physical copies of their plans, refunds are available within 7 days of receipt
- To qualify, the physical plan must be returned in its original condition, free from any signs of use, redlining, or damage.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned plans in acceptable condition.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products and services are non-refundable due to their nature. These include:
- Customized or modified house plans: Once a plan has been tailored to your specifications, it becomes non-refundable.
- Any electronic format plans (PDF or CAD) that have been Sent to your email, downloaded, accessed, or shared.
- Any plans showing signs of use, redlining, copying, or alterations.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Restocking Fee

Exchanging House Plans

- You can request an exchange within 72 hours of your purchase.
- The house plans must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, redlining, or copying.
- After sending digital plans (PDF or CAD format) are non-exchangeable.
- Any customized or modified plans are also non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges must be completed within 10 days of the purchase date. A 40% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
Customized and Modified Plans
Please note that customized and modified plans are final sale items. Due to the personalized nature of these plans, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once modifications have been made to the original design, they become non-refundable.
